We guarantee the roof will remain free of moss for three years after the service. The brushing removes the existing moss, and the post‑treatment kills the remaining spores, which slows regrowth. If any moss returns within three years, we come back and take care of it at no charge. (applies for Moss Removal + Treatment package only)

Yes. Moss holds moisture against the shingles, and over time that moisture can cause the shingles to lift, curl, or deteriorate faster than they should.
Avoid pressure washing asphalt shingles, it can strip granules and shorten roof life. We use soft-bristle brush for moss removal.
